The CBPA offers a student centered environment for the study of business. Approximately 950 students are pursuing undergraduate degrees in ten majors. An additional 520 students are enrolled in graduate studies pursuing masters degrees in business administration (MBA), public administration (MPA), finance (MFM) and accounting (MACC).

The CBPA is one of only four colleges in Iowa accredited by AACSB International-The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, the principal accrediting body for business programs.
